Hastoe Housing Association Homes - Garden Meadow View, Cotton

There are a number of rented homes at Cotton which have been developed to provide affordable housing for local people. A specific criterion is in place for letting these homes which gives priority to households with a local connection to Cotton. If there are no applications, neighbouring parishes (such as Wickham Skeith) are considered.

Vacancies are advertised via the  Gateway to Homechoice Scheme www.gatewaytohomechoice.org.uk  and households wanting to be considered for a property need to be registered with them in order to bid for an advertised vacancy.

Vacancies are infrequent and householders wishing to bid may miss an opportunity. Therefore, the Parish Clerk will now  be advised directly of such vacancies. If you are interested in future vacancies  and have registered with this  scheme,  do please advise the Parish Clerk.
